I offer long-term psychotherapy for adults in New York who are looking for more than just quick fixes. My style is thoughtful, grounded, and relational — designed for people who want to understand themselves more deeply and make meaningful, lasting change.
Many of the people I work with are navigating ADHD, depression, anxiety, burnout, relationship challenges, or major life transitions. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next, I provide a steady, supportive space to explore what’s coming up — and to work through it at a pace that feels right for you.

Online Therapy in New York
Currently, all sessions are held online via secure video. This allows for flexibility and consistent support, whether you're in the city or elsewhere in the state. If you have a busy schedule, live outside of NYC, or just prefer the comfort of meeting from home, online therapy can be a great fit.
I plan to begin offering in-person sessions in Manhattan’s Flatiron District in late summer 2025. Until then, I’m available for virtual therapy throughout New York state.
