I take a practical and emotionally grounded approach to therapy. We focus on the real patterns that shape your days: how you start and stop tasks, how you respond to stress, how you relate to your goals, and how you talk to yourself when things don’t go as planned.

Some sessions are about skills that help you follow through. Others are about the deeper struggles behind overwhelm, perfectionism, or avoidance. If trauma, anxiety, depression, or identity-related stress is part of your story, we make space for that too. The work is collaborative, paced with your energy, and aimed at creating a life that feels coherent and sustainable.

My goal is to help you build clarity, consistency, and self trust so you’re not constantly fighting your brain or burning yourself out.

    ADHD & Mental Health

A part of ADHD that often gets overlooked is emotional regulation and self care. If you live with ADHD and also experience anxiety, depression, or another mental health concern, there are important nuances in how symptoms show up and what support is most effective.

    ADHD & Relationships

Many people with ADHD struggle in relationships because of differences in communication, emotional processing, and managing shared responsibilities. Understanding these patterns can help improve connection and reduce conflict.

    ADHD & Executive Functioning

Executive functioning challenges are a hallmark of ADHD. Planning, task engagement, time awareness, and knowing when to pause or shift can all feel uneven, which makes daily life more effortful and unpredictable.
